One of the best Renaissance Hotels

This may be one of the best Renaissance Hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff and service have been really impressive. I want to commend Salman, the Club Lounge staff member. He has been really friendly, always smiling, and has helped us a lot.

Modern comforts and conveniences

All the modern comforts one needs while traveling. Food and beverages catering to all tastes. Great pool and spa facilities

Really enjoyed my stay at this, I have travelled in multiple country and lodged in various 5 star hotels but this hotel took the cake. Exception service set it apart from all other 5 star hotel, I’ll stay at Renaissance next time I am here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers high-quality service in every detail. Its central location made everything in Dhaka much easier and more accessible. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional hospitality. Sajuti, one of the hosts, went above and beyond throughout my entire trip. She was always attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, making my experience in Dhaka so much smoother and more enjoyable. I would also like to highlight Ikram, the Duty Manager, Karolina and Ahad who were consistently kind, helpful, and professional. His support and warm attitude added greatly to the overall experience. As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe and supported matters a lot, and thanks to the care and professionalism of the team, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and at ease every day. This level of attention truly made all the difference. A beautiful hotel with outstanding service and genuinely wonderful people. I would absolutely stay here again.

They don’t offer the 5 star hotel service . Staff are very good and welcoming but hotel service is very poor compared to 5 star hotel .

Enjoyed my stay. Interior met USA standards, which was good. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Area around hotel was typical for Dhaka. I felt safe walking around during the day and evening. There are good options to eat within the hotel and walking distance. Finding the options walking distance from the hotel takes a bit of creativity and adventurism to find them! (Which is part of the fun.)

It deserves a four star.. The swimming pool is really good but overall service is average. The food was below standard.
