Very clean and well presented hotel in stark contrast to the scruffy street on which it is located. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of western style fares in the restaurant.

The Grand Vista a was a very welcoming and accommodating place to stay. The staff were super helpful and the management went not one but two extra miles to meet our needs. Very approachable. Pleasant morning buffet breakfast too.

I had a great time staying at Grand Vistana, a brand new property with a spacious and elegant lobby, good food and excellent ambience. The location was very convenient and very near to the airport and garments related offices. The service is worth mentioning - the staff was very polite and always ready to attend to any needs. Overall, I have genuinely liked the property and service.

Bathroom ceiling was licking so the front desk help to change tje room, but the new room bathroom Ceiling is still locking.

The room was great but the bathroom had issues. Water droplets were leaking out of the ceiling when the water heater was turned on. Reported this issue to the hotel and they said that they'd offer me another room but was never followed up on that.
