"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent! We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4. There is a good cafe next to the Villa Coretile and her coffee was great. Recommended. Communication was very nice & the host took care of what we need. We stayed 2 nights in early April. "The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday. "
