"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11.
The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly. However, the room was cleaned throughly everyday.

"Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great.
