「Breakfast wasn't as good as our last stay there. A lot was empty and the staff was slow to refill. Last time we stayed the staff was on it!」

「This hotel is older and not very updated, but I called ahead to ask for adjoining rooms and a baby bed and they were very nice. I realized I had booked the wrong kinds of rooms and they were able to change it and add adjoining rooms for no extra charge. We did have an issue with the TV - the remote didn't work and the volume was blaring. It wasn't possible to fix while we were there but we were only there one night so we made it work.
