"When we got there to check in we were greeted the manager gave us an upgrade but when we got to the upgraded room we seen the lamp shade was broken I then tried turning on the heater that didn’t stay on later I was packing my clothes into the drawer and one of thw knobs on the dresser drawer was broken as well honestly my last stay at this motel a better experience then this stay I hope they know this was a room they should never rent out to anyone ever again til it’s fixed everything else was good but this room was not ready from the start and if I decide to get a room again I’m not going to take any upgrades cause I will get a crappy room "

"The room was nice but I had a hard time getting into the room (144) due to a poor working door handle. It was almost 2 in the morning and it took me 10 minutes to get the door open. Other than that the room was clean the beds were comfortable. "
