The room was newly remodeled so was pretty nice. Was convenient to the places I was visiting. I only had the breakfast one morning but it was good and had a big variety of items to choose from. This was a "no frills" hotel but good for the price.
This property is currently undergoing a refit so don’t be put off by my review as it will be sorted out in the next month or so although cleanliness could be better.
The lady in the front desk was very helpful, breakfast was provided and the kitchenette was useful.
It was a fantastic stay, the staff very helpful, and friendly. It was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is in a safe area and convenient for restaraunts and gas. Will stay again next time in the area
Our room was clean and we had a good nights sleep. AC unit worked great. We were disappointed to find that the pool is out of order. The breakfast was ok.
Beat my expectations by a lot. Perfectly fine place to stay. Sometimes extended-stay or these types of budget efficiencies leave a lot to be desired for those of us looking for clean, safe and comfortable accommodations for a night or two.
The pool was being refurbished and was closed. The room wasn’t made up but the staff addressed right away. It worked for a night. Pet friendly.

Hallways and elevator smell like smoke, but rooms are large and pretty clean. Used mostly by oilfield workers. Great location near Dinosaur National Monument and Fantasy Canyon. Overall, decent place for the price.

The clerk says the motel is getting a remodel. It definitely needs it. Good staff.

Room was clean, heater worked well, breakfast was great. The hotel is clearly either about to remodel or in the middle of it as the hallways had several boxes of materials lined up for remodeling rooms or hallways. Our room had the door stop (used to be a door chain, but now just the hinge) mounted the wrong way so it was useless, and the bathroom light would not turn off, but the door closed and so we slept ok.
Staying at SureStay Plus Hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely spotless. The Manager and staff were accommodating and friendly. I felt safe and secure. I requested and was given a smoking room and there was not even the faintest smell of smoke when I entered the room.
When travelling for work, I generally just want a comfortable bed and to feel like the room is clean. Room cleanliness was alright but the bed was just awful. Did not feel like a safe place to stay as a woman travelling alone.
No more smoking rooms. By the time i got down to the breakfast area ,there was only waffels, and cold cereal left. It wasn't that busy, almost no one at the motel, but breakfast was gone 3 days in a row.
Other than that not a bad place to stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Very disappointed the pool was out of service. Apparently has been for an extended time. Having a pool was the reason we chose this hotel. Our room needed several things repaired. The lobby was updated and clean. Breakfast was adequate.
