"I've booked for my parents (mom &dad) this newly opened hotel in the beautiful area of Ain Draham, imagine staying in a room with blocked bathroom floor sink, a flood at every shower, for elderly persons above 80 years, any fall it could be fatal for them, they called the manager and his answer : we can do anything just after showering call the house keeping to come and clean. i' really disappointed, this beautiful hotel deserves better management and service. "

"Fabulous room and service at this hotel which was beautifully furnished with a very comfy double bed with crisp linen and bath robes. A lovely view from the window and tea making facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a large jug of freshly squeezed orange juice and home made cake, yoghurt egg and bread and jam. The staff were very friendly.After staying in two poor hotels in Tunisia we were thrilled to be staying here."
