The worst experience ever

The room I booked was not available they gave me another room, it was dirty with bad smell. The staff was very rude. We didn't sleep all night we stayed up sitting on plastic chairs waiting for the first bus to go home we didn't have the breakfast as well.

horrible, limite de l'insalubrité, sale, chambre inondée par la pluie prise qui sorte du mur repas digne d'un vieux fast food et petit déjeuner j'en parle pas nous avons payé 4 nuits, nous en avons fait une seule pas possible de rester là bas. nous attendons le remboursement j'ai déjà mis des photos car nous avions réservé deux chambres

Il faut changer les matelas ce n est pas confortable du tout. L eau est tiède, Ca vaut pas plu de 15 euros la nuit. Établissement passable

Die Matratze war durchgelegen, Das fenster ging nicht richtig auf und zu. Es roch komisch. Wir haben uns richtig ungewohl gefühlt und mussten uns überall kratzen, als wären Flöhe oder Bettwanzen im Zimmer. Zum Glück hatten wir kein essen gebucht, da in drr küche des Resteraunts abends die Katzen gefüttert wurden. Alles war einfach alt und gamelig und wir würden nie wieder dort ein Zimmer buchen

Scam

I booked one night at this hotel (so clearly it was available) when i got there they told me that there’s no rooms available after paying a non refundable rate, so in this case i had to contact Hotels.com for the refund, hotels.com asked me to go to the hotel and ask the receptionist to cancel the reservation so we can issue a refund, so i did that now after one day here i am reviewing because they didn’t cancel anything and here’s a bad review for the scam beware don’t pay for this hotel online go in person and check the availability or just go to another hotel instead thanks. (I am a local person and spoke the same langague)

Breakfast is very bad not even real breakfast and they serve me just one day plus the AC doesn’t work and the hot water doesn’t work also they don’t have wifi as they said and on the top of that the service is bad and they all have bad attitude which I will never go back there and I wish to get my money back I didn’t have fun at all at Residence Panorama
