Owner communicates well. House is very neat and clean. Can find easily. Heater is only in living room. Inside bedroom is very very cold during winter. Thick blankets are provided. When booking expedia said has breakfast but owner actually no breakfast.

I visited mid January. Weather was pretty cold. Host provided a heater and the AC couls be used to heat, but had to be turned off every 2 hrs. Almost sufficient to heat the seating area and one bedroom, but definitely pretty chilly in the rest of the space, especially the bathroom. Hot water was available only for few minutes while the heating system kicked in. It was not possible to shower. This was listed as bed and breakfast, but breakfast is not available, as some of the other reviewers have also stated.
