Very sweet people

Staff Very Friendly. Hotel Very Clean. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay again!!!

The toilet in the room woke me up 3 times with a horrible grinding noise..sounding like rocks in a blender.

I liked the location and convenience right off the interstate. Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Facility and staff were great. Dining area for breakfast was tight and a bit messy. Food was average continental breakfast which was fine with us.

Very good location and loved the shuttle ride to casino

Great stay. Hotel was clean and staff was extremely polite. Hotel was conveniently located to casinos and restaurants in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Look forward to staying here again.

Brand new hotel. Absolutely awesome!! The layout of the suite is great. The shower layout is wonderful and very smart. Staff very professional and friendly.

We were impressed by the size and condition of the hotel and the room. However, as we were sleeping at 3am, the door opened and the light was switched on. Apparently, another guest’s key was programmed to enter our room. Thankfully, it was a lady with a small child who was as surprised as we were that her key opened outdoor and was very apologetic. This hotel provided me with one of the best hotel stay experience I've ever had. My family & myself stayed here during the recent snow storm, and I can't express enough how wonderful the staff (also many of the other hotel guests) were treating everyone. From the front desk, the manager, to housekeeping staff (even the volunteer crew that were there to assist during the snow storm), every staff member was kind, patient, professional, and warm welcoming. The rooms were clean and well sanitized. I...

I was just looking for a place to stay as I was traveling to a destination. I booked the Hampton because of previous success with other Hamptons and i wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and cool when I arrived. The breakfast was appealing however no meats were served, just the other usual eggs, cereals, pastries etc. If someone were superstitious or scared the hotel is located right next door to a large cemetery!

I enjoyed my stay!!! It was clean& quiet !!! Definitely will be back.

The facility is new. Rooms were clean, halls, foyer etc. Did not use the pool or exercise equipment but all other areas were great. Staff is superior to any hotel I've ever stayed in. They were friendly helpful, and the housekeeping staff were excellent as well. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend. The gentlemen in the breakfast area was extremely sweet and helpful. Close to everything: mall, shopping, casinos, restaurants. "Complimentary Hotel Shuttle" takes you anywhere in Lake...
