"Spacious room with clean bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub could be hotter but understand it could be a liability. Breakfast was as stated. Would like to see more whole wheat bread/English muffins and fresh fruit. It was nice to have fresh coffee at 6 am available for our departure. Would stay here again."

"The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that. I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again. It would not have hurt the clerks to quiet the people and dog down."

"I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my son who is in a wheelchair. Nowhere on the listing did it say the unit was up two flights of stairs. The hotel had a room that may have accommodated but I had to work with hotel.com. I chatted with an agent that stated they could not make any changes. Awful. Lost money and had to find another hotel. Completely unacceptable. "

"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Our room was absolutely disgusting. Red stains on the chair and floor(also in the stairwell). The pillows were dirty, sheets and blankets were dirty, towels were dirty. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I have no idea how this hotel has 3 stars and above a 7 star rating. It was also almost $200 for the room (I've paid less and got better). I'm assuming it cost that much because of its location (it was close to Busch stadium and other places)."
