"We had a nice stay but the area around seems dangerous based on all the electric wires and fences and gates on all properties in the area. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean. No A/C but windows offer a breeze but there is plenty of noise. Door to the room seemed flimsy and hollow with no extra lock, just door knob lock."

I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! "

"Excellent hotel. An oasis in the middle of San Jose. Valet parking, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, food was excellent, great location to explore San Jose museums and national theater was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the history of the hotel. Highly recommended! "
