"Private house with a pool with wildlife all around. Secure entrance. You could see the Pacific Ocean from your balcony. The owners were very helpful! "
"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "The owners were very demanding and did not allow us to use the dryer. The complex did not even allow us to place the towels in a chair outside to dry. "
"Inconsistent communication, incorrect information. No consideration for guest inconvenience. No accountability for errors. Misrepresented information on Expedia. Would not recommend. "

"The birding on the property was great, especially walking the road away from the highway (Scarlet Macaws and Howler Monkeys when we arrived!). The tower provided wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Abram was a great host who prepared delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. I found the mattresses to be a bit too firm, but our kids slept like rocks. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, like a bathroom door that didn't fully close. But all in all I would stay there again happily!"
"We were 5 couples in 5 rooms. Rooms were clean, and the building was nicely done. The building was cleverly isolated from the lively street and neighborhood. "
