"The bar and restaurant area are clean, and the food and wine offerings are more than acceptable. We were served by a young man in the Bar named Junior… He was excellent. You could tell he was watching out for guests that might be experiencing a problem. Overall, all the staff are highly trained."

"The room was very warm. They sent someone up to make repairs to the air conditioner but they were unable to get it working. They put me in another room but the air conditioner didn't work in that room either. "

"L’hôtel est situé à distance de marche de l’aéroport de Lisbonne ce qui est un plus! Les chambres sont très petites, mais tout est propre et fonctionnel. L’hôtel utilise un parfum d’ambiance que j’ai trouvé agressant, moi qui n’aime pas les odeurs fortes. Le petit déjeuner inclus était bien, avec un choix raisonnable dans les circonstances. L’hôtel était bien pour les besoins que nous avions c’est-à-dire être à proximité de l’aéroport pour notre vol du matin. Le prix était meilleur qu’au Melia à côté."

"The hotel is next to the train tracks and there are trains running as early as 6 am and late at night. You can hear the train loud and clear. The room and washroom are very small and limited space to walk around. They have no tissue in the washroom."

"The hotel rooms have a sewage problem which releases a horrible smell in the rooms through the bathroom drain. The housekeeper covered the drain with the trash can, but that doesn’t help. I booked several rooms in this hotel and all had the same issue. I can’t understand why the rooms I booked were not close by. I’ve never had that happen before. The security is great, the young man who worked the day shift is the best thing the hotel has going for them. The rest of the staff are clueless, I’m sorry to say. The cafe adjoining is actually very good. That staff is wonderful and the coffee was one of the best during my 3 weeks stay in Portugal. However over all the hotel looks good at a glance, but has staff who need training (especially the night crew) and needs to fix the sewage issue. Location is very convenient, but I would never return to this hotel. "
