「The hotel staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The room was great, very clean. The hotel is in an excellent location. My only negative was a particular staff member at the Spyglass rooftop bar. Bartender and one of the female servers was great, very nice she kept checking on us as if to make up for the other one's behavior. The other had an attitude with most people. 「A small cozy boutique hotel that ticks all the boxes of convenience, comfort and cleanliness. Although the room was small but it was very comfortable. I was surprised to find it so quiet at night even though we were right in the middle of Times Square! Both my son and I slept very well in the 5 nights we were there. The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant is really gorgeous. The only negative thing I could think of is the so-called front desk. The staff is constantly on their phone...
