"I was going to travel in a bus but there was a bus strike due to which I couldn't reach them and hotel did nothing to help me in this situation and no refund of any kind. I couldn't have controlled the bus strike but still I paid the penalty. "

I think hotel.com is doing Freud and we are not responsible for your money if deducted by hotel.com. "
