「I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 」

「Loved our 3-night stay here. Beautiful heritage haveli full of character, spotless room, and genuinely warm, helpful staff. The food and drinks were amazing too. Great location for exploring the old city. We'd happily stay here again.」

「Our family of four stayed here for two nights. It is a traditional building that is over 100 years old. Returning from the bustle of Jaipur city and entering the room through the courtyard, we found a quiet, spacious, and wonderfully atmospheric space. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Located close to Jaipur's sightseeing areas, it was a truly perfect stay. Thank you.」

「Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was courteous and also gave us an early check in. Location was also near hawa Mahal and easily reachable.」

「The rooms were good but some electrical issues and components were not working also the room was not city facing so that is disappointing. Rest the staff was good」

「The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, especially with my late checkout. Shower worked well. Not sure about the a/c. On site restaurant food was good. I would stay here again.」

「Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale disponibile, negozi di vario genere vicini all hotel」

「Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

「Very friendly environment as expected from Zostel. Tosif isvery friendly 」

「The only hotel in Jaipur with Jal Mahal view. But no sitting arrangement on the roof yet. Rest is all good. Very near to Amer and Jaighar fort. 4kms away from the hustle of main City.」

「An average stay. The AC is really loud. Located in small alleys not easy to find.」
