「Good view of the water palace from your room」

「Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about...

「The rooms are all right. The management is not considerate and the lobby is not clean with flies and dust all over and dogs to add to the mix」

「Clean room. Good Location-near Jal Mahal, rooftop bar was aesthetically pleasing. Helpful staff, just be aware that the gates close around 10 and you have to wait for the staff to open. 」

「Great location by Fort Amer and Meera Mandir but the "hotel" is definitely not as nice as in the pictures. Also, the fort view room (reason i chose this place) that i booked in advance was given to someone else while I was give a small, subpar, windowless room instead. 」

「The guests have not stayed at the property. When the guests reach over there, they realize the condition of property is pathetic. It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking.」

「It is not the hotel how they described online. Very old and not hygienic. Not all amenities provided. 」

「I was going to travel in a bus but there was a bus strike due to which I couldn't reach them and hotel did nothing to help me in this situation and no refund of any kind. I couldn't have controlled the bus strike but still I paid the penalty. 」
