Fairly old but still okay

The condition of the hotel is fairly old. The air conditioner wasn’t working well and the refrigerator was not functioning. Just be careful when showering to avoid getting the whole floor wet. Also, found the room to be dim even though I have switched on all lights. However, beds are comfortable and staffs were very nice to replenish new towels each time we requested for. The room is spacious and clean.

Hotel nécessitant des travaux de rénovations

pour un court séjour (3nuits max) cet hôtel à un bon rapport qualité prix. En revanche je ne resterai pas pour plus. L'hôtel a besoin de travaux car il se fait vieux et commence à se délabrer. En témoigne les peintures défraîchies et l'odeur d'humidité qu'il y règne. Sinon le personnel est aimable serviable et l'hôtel n'est pas trop mal situé.

Friendly, but not much else is good

Service is super-friendly, if a little disorganised. Otherwise, Wifi is poor, room servicing is haphazard, shower not particularly hot and the breakfast dreadful. Ended up with a coffee and an empty plate as the food options were pretty nasty. Probably the most expensive beer in Indonesia at the Media lounge - IDR125,000 for a half pint, though two-for-one during happy hour.

40년된 5성급 호텔 느낌. 싼 이유가 있음

가격은 무척 쌌지만 호텔은 너무 오래되어 엘레베이터 작동에 문제가 있을 정도였다. 하지만 청결도는 훌륭했기 때문에 불쾌한 호텔은 아니었다. 따라서 가격대비 딱 그정도의 호텔이라고 할 수 있다. 주변에 심지어 물 사먹을 편의점도 없을만큼 위치는 별로이다. 택시타고 20분 나가야 도심이다.

もっと手入れを。

宿泊２回目です。 以前宿泊した時は特に問題なく心地よく宿泊できたのですが、 今回宿泊したところ、バスタオルがない。電気も電球が古く暗い。 しまいには歯ブラシの箱を開けてみると 前に使った人の物がそのまま入っているといった状態でした。 こうなるとやはり気分はよくないですよね、 ランクとしてそれなり高いホテルと思っていましたが 今回は残念な結果でした。

落ち着きます

Aged, dirty, and tired

Plusses first: . the bell boys are great. Friendly and great service. . breakfast by the pool is great . close to convention center. It's quickly noticeable that the Media Hotel is tired, long from the heydays of it being a Sheraton. Not very clean, water is still not filtered (common problem still in Jakarta), food is mediocre, and the rooms are beat up. Lastly, be careful as the front desk staff like to skim off the top with both money exchange and even bottled water. I was overcharged for both. If it weren't for the closeness to the convention center, I'd likely not stay here.

Nice hotel, bad area

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The lounge bar is amazing and the staff are nice. The area is a shi... I mean, if you are attending exhibition at the jakarta international expo, it is very near, but if not, stay at the jakartar center.
