The property is wonderful. The staff is not. There were several occasions that the staff was inattentive or outright ignored our request. If your there for a couple of days you will not notice it. But longer stays you can see. I will personally never book there again

I stayed at this hotelfor four nights, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles and polite greetings—every interaction felt genuinely welcoming. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made my stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious, and the hot shower worked instantly, although the drain was rather slow. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet; there were so many options to choose. One of the best features of this hotel is its convenient access to the shopping mall directly from the back exit. This was especially handy on rainy days, as I could walk straight into the mall without getting wet. From there, it was easy to reach everyday conveniences like the Indomaret convenience store, the Liquid Exchange bar, the Farmers Market supermarket, and a variety of restaurants within the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent breakfast, and unbeatable location convenience made this a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.

Very nice reception at check in on arrival. Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. My room was on 10th floor. Breakfast has a good choise of food and covers all your needs. Minus points: Ordering the inhouse dinner a la carte took more than 1 hour to be delivered, and actually food was cold. Housekeeping did not work as expected, I did ask to make up the room in the afternoon at the receiption desk, comming back late evening room was still as I left it. All in all still good experience.

On the day we arrived, I asked the reception if they can help us book a restaurant, because we cannot make local phone call. The reception said the phones at reception can only make internal calls but not external. There were dust on the water bottle. I wanted to use the razor and when I opened the box there were no razor in it. Had to wait for clean towels and when they finally put it in the toilet those weren't being folded and were not even in the right place. Location is difficult for taxi driver to find.

I felt very upset stay in this Hotel 5days. 1)the bed sheets has dirty stain 2) 18th.Oct I got phone call from Laundry counter got inform have 2pcs laundry was free. I have call back to make sure 2pcs. Laundry was Free .the person replied Yes. I took 3pcs clothes only 1pc i will pay. But when i Check out The counter mr.sekha said. Nobody confirm 2 pcs laundry was free to wash. I need to pay. I never have this kind feeling before look like I am lie to his. Really dont understand whom can call me from you hotel said 2pcs laundry was free.

Chambres agréables mais besoin de renovation

Hôtel situé dans une zone sécurisée. Petit centre commercial à côté mais sans intérêt. Lobby agréable donnant sur la piscine. Hôtel vieillissant et ayant besoin de modernisation. Chambre très agréable avec grandes baies vitrées. Salon et chambre. Baignoire. Meubles vieillissants mais entretenus. Jolie piscine, petite et peu d’ombre. Une fois rénové, il sera superbe.

자카르타 중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있지만, 택시로 이동하기 쉬운 장소, 호텔주변에는 걸어서 가능한 로컬 식당가 및 클럽,작은몰,전철MRT역등, 늦은 아침을 좋아하시는 분들은 호텔아침결재 보다는 호텔 바로 앞 로컬식당가에서 정말 저렴하게 여러가지 음식을 즐길 수 있습니다.다만 방에 가끔 나타나는 바퀴 벌래는 때려 잡아야 한다는게,, ^^
