Something need to be improved
All staffs are super nice, beds are comfy, we had good sleep for whole 8 nights.Gym and pool are good as well. Breakfast has a lot of variety. But wifi had to login all the time, also need to change password every single day, and signal drops very often. Water from the tub smells not so good tho, but from shower and sink are ok.

Very good hotel just few things need to be imprved
Over all I was satisfy!! Big room and bathroom, great view, and awesome price, and here's a Carrefour near by. Just the wifi drove me crazy because I had to connect it all the time and change ID and password every day. Also the toilet was not that clean.

進入房間,一整個有放鬆的感覺.極大的空間.讓人可完全放鬆,很大的浴室,且浴室裡還有音樂伴隨著,讓人倍感輕鬆，床很好睡.當天讓我一覺到天亮的好眠,早餐以印度料理為主.但對於很少接觸到印度料理的我們,還是覺得特別.只是..不太適合當早餐.有些過油膩，但現煮美式咖啡很好喝。美中不足是環境太過容易塞車.出門感覺光是塞車就會有些無奈。但以飯店整體來說很喜歡.下次還是會考慮這邊入住

超大房間
酒店服務整體是滿意，但check out 前3小時因房間飲用的礦泉水已飲完，要求room service提供兩支上房間，境然是沒有人理會，再打電話去room service 追，最後都是沒有人處理我們要求，對這有點失望。

Great friendly staff, but new mattresses required.
One swimming pool was out of service without any prior notication, however it was not until my final night I realised I was bitten by bedbugs. The dirt under the mattress was horrendous, which I only checked before I left the hotel.

Some minor issues regarding room service payments and house keeping not collecting food plates from corridors for more than 24hours.....very smelly corridor of food rotting. But a fantastic hotel, great pool and breakfast is plentyful.

Good stay
There's this comment card that I found from July'20 in the room. The AC was cold, the hot water was running, which is good. I tried calling operator and the manager to ask for the wifi psswdfor 2 mins but no one picked up.

It started alright, until I found the bathtub being dirty and the faucet broke off. Called the management, they immediately ushered me to another room. Started the bath again, the hot water ran out after 15mins. Aside from the bathtub incidents, the cleanliness, comfort was good. Room was cold, just as I like. the king size bed was comfy, but perhaps it could use extra pillows.

The aircon was poorly maintained and the room often felt warm despite the settings adjusted to 10deg. The iron was also in very poor condition with the cable wire insulation tearing apart. Staff was generally friendly and tried to be helpful. Room service food was excellent.

Отель в очень хорошем состоянии. Отличные номера. Цена очень порадовала. Завтраки дешёвые и на удивление хорошие. Вобщем это лучше чем ожидаешь. Один минус это район. Не сильно хорош для прогулок.
