The sink,toilet, escalator,30%of the elevators, some gym equipment, furniture handals, remote control, etc…were broke. Stains on ceilings, food was par, reception desk had duck tape on it, the speakers were blown on the TV. The shower flooded the floor, rusted and banged up items in room. Waaaaay outdated, the safe was basically in the floor, the clothes closet didn’t close, etc… and it was DIRTY. The pillows were comfortable and most of the staff was very friendly.

the white light around lobby and around the hotel is not calming. the in-room safe was not working. the hotel is due for a refresh and refurbishment. I wish the staff can be more customer oriented and takes more initiative. They are courteous and warm, just lack initiative.

Some minor issues regarding room service payments and house keeping not collecting food plates from corridors for more than 24hours.....very smelly corridor of food rotting. But a fantastic hotel, great pool and breakfast is plentyful.

Great friendly staff, but new mattresses required.

One swimming pool was out of service without any prior notication, however it was not until my final night I realised I was bitten by bedbugs. The dirt under the mattress was horrendous, which I only checked before I left the hotel.

Not good!

The hotel claims to be a high end hotel, which definitely isn’t the case. Very old interior which is worn out. Service is not good and the food is mediocre. Last but not least the level of cleaning is absolutely a disaster.

The rooms were dirty and old, I know because I had to change my room 3 times. I even paid for an upgrade to a suite because I thought it might be nicer, but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms. They tried to fix both but it still didn't work. The staff was nice but the hotel rooms are old, smelly and gross. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

There's this comment card that I found from July'20 in the room. The AC was cold, the hot water was running, which is good. I tried calling operator and the manager to ask for the wifi psswdfor 2 mins but no one picked up.

It started alright, until I found the bathtub being dirty and the faucet broke off. Called the management, they immediately ushered me to another room. Started the bath again, the hot water ran out after 15mins. Aside from the bathtub incidents, the cleanliness, comfort was good. Room was cold, just as I like. the king size bed was comfy, but perhaps it could use extra pillows.
