「房間乾淨，但是訂雙人房只有一雙拖鞋，一組盥洗用品，因為都有自己帶盥洗用具也就沒有要求客服補足，沒有吹風機可能要跟櫃台借」

「The reception staff is very kind and nice with a warming smile. The location is good and convenient. The inner facilitators are clean and tiny. And it makes me feel comfortable.」

「We borrowed a hair dryer from the hotel. The staff did not tell us to return immdtly when we borrowed it. But, the next day morning, hotel staff called us at 7:00 a.m. to get back the hair dryer. His call waked me up. It made us not happy. Towels and bedsheets have dirty mark. When we are having a shower, water comes out of the shower tub.」
