Okay for a short stay. A basic but comfortable small, clean room. Unfortunately our non smoking room smelt of smoke Remember to bring cash for cash-only deposit on arrival Great location for exploring the city on a budget.

This is the perfect location if you want to see the city of Jakarta. The hotel is clean and you are in the middle of the city between all the skyscrapers. If you're out to see the city of Jakarta i really recommend staying at the GRAND THAMRIN HOTEL

Well equipped and friendly service. Room a bit too dimmed and dark. Also bathroom. Less creepiness could be improved. GI west mall in front really did offer some light.

Rules make it feel like prison

This is just very average. The room is clean mostly but the bathroom needs more attention. It is in a good location for the mall. Before getting to your room you have to deal with a rude receptionist who didn’t show any desire to help us. The worst part about this hotel is there are stickers with rules posted everywhere! You cannot do anything or you will loose your deposit! Even when you try to check out you cannot leave until someone assesses your room and decides it’s good enough! We are guests at this hotel paying you money!! We are not your prisoner.

Very bad experianc The staff were unfriendly, and they kept my money. I requested my change, but they gave me only 5k instead. They were supposed to return 50k in change, and we called them many times but received no answer. In addition, the room was not clean, and the shower was not draining properly

Complaint Regarding Disturbing Renovations Noise.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing renovations noise that has been severely disrupting my stay at your hotel. As a guest, I value the comfort and tranquility that a hotel should provide, especially during times when rest is essential. Unfortunately, the noise from the renovations has been particularly disruptive, especially at times when I am not feeling well and require adequate rest. This disturbance has significantly impacted my ability to relax and recuperate during my stay. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the affected nights of my stay. I believe this request is fair given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the ongoing renovations noise. I trust that you understand my situation and will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly.
