Im travelling around asia and I cannot tell you how handy it was having a free self service laundry option with all the cleaning detergent provided along with a dryer. The staff were so lovely, my sister has mobility issues and on the days where i would go out she would need to order food to the hotel and they were so kind and helpful. The restaurant looked beautiful and pool looks stunning, I wish i was there longer.

Amazing, the hotel es beautiful, everything clean. Breakfast is delicious and varied, western and eastern options. The location is great, walking distance to many places. Definitely coming back if one day going back to Jakarta.

We loved this property, everything seemed new and very clean. Staff were exceptional. It was my husband's birthday, and they upgraded our room and also surprised him with cake with a candle in our room. Loved everything about this hotel.

Near Tanah Abang and within walking distance to Sarina Mall. The hotel is clean and Ashley room is huge with a full refrigerator to store my drinks and food. Breakfast is adequate and tasty. Worth every penny I spent. Will definitely stay again in future.

Nice property, good breakfast BUT walls very thin, doors slamming too loud and smell smoke everywhere. Have to run AC and bathroom fan 24/7 to keep smoke out. Also people smoking in hallway after midnight. They need non smoking floors.

We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly.

This is a great hotel that I keep visiting when I have the chance in Jakarta. Stylish and impeccably maintained, it offers comfort and pleasure (with a swimming pool) at s reasonable price. Staff is incredibly kind and will do everything to satisfy you. I was « guest of the day » and got an updrade, presents, and a cute « surprise decoration » in the room - loved it!
