"Hotel location is ideal ,food centre 2nd flr, bank and proximity to Chinatown. Surrounding area safe. Maintenance of hotel is poor apparently due to lack of experience staff and regular inspection. "

"The staff is nice, but the room is very small and there is no window. The towel seemed a bit old and was never changed during my 5 nights stay. The laundry took longer than they promised to be done. However, overall the conditions are acceptable considering the price."

"Internet connection more OFF than ON. VERY CONFUSING: 2 D’primas in close proximity. ITC Mangga Dua and WTC Mangga Dua. I accidentally booked an extra night at the wrong one. Had to pay twice because I didn’t want to move. OBNOXIOUS placement of receptacle. Instead of putting it where it can easily be reached, I had to crawl on the floor like I was changing oil and plug my converter in. Plugging and unplugging things from the bed could be dangerous because someone could gouge their eye on...

"ホテルのランドリーサービスを利用しました。 現地の物価からは考えにくく、かなり高額です。 私は2日分の着替えを出して3000円くらいで、友人は6000円くらい請求がきました。 ここのランドリーサービスはボッタクリだと思います。 ホテルを右に出てすぐあるコンビニの先を右に曲がると洗濯屋があり、そこは1キロ70円で出せますので、そこを利用するのが良いと思います（徒歩2分）。 ホテル1階がカラオケバーになっていて、部屋の場所によっては深夜まで爆音が聞こえます。 それ以外は立地やスタッフなど良いと思います。"
