「The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. 」

「It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. 」

「The room was small and the hotel as a whole is quite narrow. The food was fine, nice breakfast. The WiFi quota ran out quite quickly and I had to get new passwords regularly. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. OK」
