You really have to consider to pay such money for this so called 5 star hotel.
1 the reception didn’t well explain about the guest policy. In my two nights stays, I must confirm the name of guest at check in. You can’t do it on second day or anytime. Isn’t it not reasonable? Or next time I separate my bookings to fix this stupid problem?
2 the reception unreasonably kept my passport and visa at check in (I paid 4M deposit already). I called and got my passport back without the visa. And I called again and they arranged back to me. It was too careless right?
3 most top hotels put a notice about renovation or anything related in your room. No notice was received by me and they started renovating at 9am and you could not get asleep. Is it too difficult to notify your customers before?
4 a notice about DO NOT DISTURB placed at my room door to remind me that I could call for housekeeping anytime. It was nice, but the notice was full of ants surrounding. Management may overlook the hygiene problem. This was disappointing.
