「The coffee offered in the morning should at least be accompanied by a danish and orange juice. All that was offered was coffee (only).」

「Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early....

「This place was so nice and the view of the mountains was spectacular. Love how it was close to Santa Fe shopping area. Well worth it here. A MUST!」

「It has a good location but it is noisy and uncomfortable. The rooms lack any sound insulation and you can hear everything in the hands and the rooms next to and above you. Three parking lot has really bright lights that light up the rooms at night, making it hard to sleep. The staff is not nice if you used expedia instead of biking directly with them. The breakfast area is dirty.」

「It’s my go to place when I go to Santa Fe. The staff is always extremely professional and friendly . The rooms are always clean , stylish over all really great. I also like it Is quiet at this location and this part of Santa Fe .」

「Ramada Santa Fe is an excellent value. This is more of a hotel than motel, as all indoor entry. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds and seating. Fridge, microwave and large flat screen tv. Keurig type coffee maker. It’s a very safe environment. Decent modern bathroom with tub shower. Would be a 10 except head manager can be grumpy, not sure why. Other staff are fine.」
