"Loved my stay. There were a couple maintenance items and when I called the front desk, they sent staff immediately and it was fixed in record time. Professional, pleasant staff all around, great decor, comfy bed, great partial view king. Room was pristine. I only gave a 4star because the hallways outside the room could use a good vacuuming. Beach access is great, balcony is great. Everything was great and I hope to visit again."

"Receptionists are very nice and helpful. However, we had issues with the TV and had to reset it several times to be able to watch it. Some parts of the room were not cleaned properly. Found particles of food in and around mini sofa and hairs stuck in a bathtub foldable seat."

"Front desk lady was helpful in finding us a room after I found out dogs weren’t allowed on the courtyard side. We ended up getting a room on springhill suite side and it was a better room than the other one."
