"This property was very clean as well as our room. No worries about bedbugs or anything like that. Staff was super friendly and super helpful.. they even scheduled a shuttle to the casino for a concert on a night that they don’t usually have a shuttle so that was very helpful for us. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods."

"Very close to Mohegan Sun, property was very nice, clean, the staff were welcoming. There’s a shuttle frequently on weekends to casino. And was about $400 cheaper - a great spot"

"The staff were very friendly from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels. It was very easy to control the temp in the room to make it comfortable. The continental breakfast was great too. "

"Prior to our arrival we called for early check in they said they were booked up. We got there and It was empty. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and friendly. We got our room quickly. Entering our room It was a double bed room. One bed did not have a quilt. Then entering the bathroom It was left with the towels from the people who stayed prior. They were dirty and on the floor and hanging on the back of the door and displayed clear signs of use. There was what appeared to be a black mold like in the corner of the shower. Which we did report to the front desk. Who offered to switch our room. But did express the cleaning staff sucked. The following morning we asked for late check out and they told us they were extremely busy. We checked out at 1130. And waited in the lobby for our uber and only one person checked out and no one checked in during 1130 and 1215 before we got our uber. The staff leaving was friendly but not enough for me to say I would ever come back. Would not recommend unless you really don’t have preference."

"The room was clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The first day the elevator had something gross on the floor (vomit? Spilled food?) and smelled rotten. We told the front desk and he didn’t seem to care. The next morning it was cleaned up but instead it smelled really bad like weed (my kids even commented on the harsh smell). The desk staff was rude and seemingly uninterested in dealing with customers. They acted bored and like they didn’t want to be there. The breakfast staff, however, were really hustling and doing a great job. "
