Staff At front desk were nice, property was terrible though. The smell and condition of the hotel was awful. Do not recommend at all

Hyatt House Charlotte/Rea Farms
Parking lot was full every night. Many oversized vehicles parked in compact spaces and truck/trailers taking up multiple spaces so I had to park down the road on the street. This felt very unsafe and I would not recommend it to solo female travelers.
