"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property is extremely outdated, with furniture in poor condition and a general lack of maintenance throughout. The quality of the rooms and food was well below expectations particularly troubling for a resort advertised as all-inclusive. Shockingly, the “All-inclusive” package included only one coffee and one piece of bread per day, which is unacceptable by any standard. The only redeeming aspect of the stay was the El Faro restaurant, which provided a much needed contrast to the otherwise subpar experience. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this property. The service, amenities, and overall value were severely lacking. "
