「the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.」

「La habitación está muy bien, la cama es cómoda, cuenta con tv con chromecast, un pequeño armario, mesa y silla, hervidor de agua con café y agua de cortesía. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y calienta la habitación en poco tiempo. La ducha es muy amplia, calienta bien y rápido el agua. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal es amable y atento. En cuanto a la ubicación, no está muy cerca del centro, pero se tarda poco en transporte público, tranvía a 3 min del hotel y el autobús te deja casi...

「The location of the hotel is good , just 10 walk to the station, it is in the side alley so when you walked alone back in the dark it would feel a bit dangerous but the local here look fine and i felt safe all the time. The sound proof of my room is very poor, i always heard ppl talking outside or in their room and it only would be quiet until 0100 am. No air conditioner at all, but i can see heater inside the room(not sure it worked) And the room is quite dull, even i try my best to turn on...

The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.」
