The front desk staff speaks very good English, and they will patiently introduce you all services (especially the onsen) they provide, all local spots you can visit. They upgraded our room without any extra fees. The room is traditional Japanese tatami, it’s spacious, clean and very cozy. The room we have has a very good view from the window that you can see...

Ito city is a short can ride for small casual dining - sushi, sashimi, fish for reasonable price. The courses are beautiful and well deserving of the reputation. "
