「非常漂亮的地方!早餐不錯; 客房有一點點舊但可以接受; 員工友善. 比較不足的地方是沒有棉花棒...而浴室的蓮蓬頭有點難使用,容易掉落,如果進一步更新相信一切會更美好!」

「Great location. We had a spa suite which was nice a spacious with view of the gardens, pool and the mountains around Riva del Garda. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. Good car parking. Great free welcoming mini bar/fridge. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!」

「Lovely, charming, quiet. Our room was beautiful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner a short walk down the path that runs just below the Palazzo leading back up to the street to the nearby Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Helvetia. We watched the sun set on Lake Como, sitting on the private beach owned by the Palazzo and reading until the light was too dim, then looking at the lovely lights around the lake.
