Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations. Thank you front desk staff!!! 😃"

"Typical hotel. We had a room on the smaller side but it accommodated us just fine. Free Japanese breakfast in the morning was a nice touch for weary travelers. It is a far way out of Koriyama so if you want to stay closer it is wise to book in town. We personally like to stay out of the main tourist hubs so we were happy here."

"My only issue was that I was placed on a smoking room though I booked a non smoking one. The hotel was too booked to remedy the issue. Needless to say it made my stay less enjoyable than it would have. Even. The staff tried their best to help me out…they even gave me deodorizer spray. I blame the Orbitz side of the booking for my issue and not them…it’s clear you didn’t get the non smoking part of my booking sent their way."
