Beautiful hotel which is close to the centre of Galata and all the other cool spots in Istanbul. Everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. Although it’s very noisy on the street, in the room itself it’s calm. Would recommend this hotel and love to comeback in the future!

Hotel staffs were nice and polite. My standard single room was horrible. It has a view to the dirty back alley and the double bed was just 2 twin beds put together. Complained to property management via Expedia but with no response.

The property is in a great location and nice premises. Our only issue was that the cleaning staff hadn’t fully cleaned the washroom - there was garbage in the washroom bins remaining from prior occupants. Altogether not a big deal. Breakfast was great.

I was given a very small room (single room converted into a twin bedroom) this was terrible as the room had no heating and was right next to a night club so very very moisit during the night up until 3.00 am! The room was changed and we were given a triple bedroom which was very nice. Breakfast is delicious - Turkish breakfast and the quality of the food is really good. The location of the hotel is the best.

Good location, nice stay

The hotel is conveniently located next to public transportation T1 line and the port as well as lots of restaurants are in walking distance. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, Internet speed is good. The breakfast is ok, not too wide range, but sufficient to get a good start into the day. For guests who are a bit sensitive to noise, the rooms on the street side are not recommended, as across the street there is a club and it's easy to hear the beat and music. The price is a bit high but perhaps ok due to the location.

Sadly they pulled a fast one and gave us a room without a window. The listing didn't mention it, but it didn't say it had a window either. Also the bed sheets were dirty. Location is good though. This hotel gave a bad first impression of Istanbul.

The staff is fantastic, very friendly and kind. The rooms are clean although they don't have a lot of space. The AC works but if you are on the other bed far away from it, it won't be as effective if you like your room to be chilled. The main issue is noise from the dance club right across the street. During the weekend they play loud music that even the earplugs won't work. No complaints for the hotel but that noise did not let us sleep for two days.

The lobby and staff are def 4*, but not the rest of the hotel. No special complaint about the room, it was OK, the breakfast was not good at all (no coffee option - machine broken). Our room was facing the street with a club open until 6am so it was hard to fully rest throughout the night without being woken up. The staff however was extremely helpful and kind! I would consider other options next time.

We booked an economy level room. We arrived to find that the room smells bad. We then asked the receptionist to bring us some good smelling refreshing. The room lacked any windows. The bathroom walls arent clean, has some of fungus. We came to the bed to find stains on the bedsheet. The hotel manager was nice enough, to move us to a new building, for the same hotel. The new building is one month old. The new was very clean at first, and we recieved then excellent service.

Terrible hotel. I dont even know where to start. We were given a room behind the lobby at first which was clearly not designed to be a room but maybe a staff room. There was a bag over the smoke detector and horrible smell in the room. We complained and with hesitation our room was changed to another windowless room but slight better. The showers were incredibly moldy. The beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Was perhaps one of my most uncomfortable stays ever.
