5 oktober 2 netter- rent og fint hotel 40-50 kr til sentrum med taxi Tok dette fordi det hadde Badebasseng men stengt pga sessong var over. Ok frokost Hotellansatte var supre :) engelsken på Asia siden er iallefall dårlig hos dem fleste ! Bodde resten nede i sentrum pga basseng var stengt

Das Peronal sprach kein Deutsch . Auf meine nachfrage an der Rezeption hatte der Kollege geantwortet er kann ein wenig Deutsch aber keine Lust zu sprechen.

Surpris!

Bon séjour, particulièrement en hôtel, lieu très calme. Par contre, la Turquie est un pays chère, très peu de plats turcs nous ont été proposés, les taxis sont très chères vis à vis des européens, encore plus chères vis à vis des français!

Summary: Upon checking into my room I discovered the bathroom sink leaked, air con didn't work, room phone was unplugged and the bath initially wouldn't drain. In addition, room service doesn't take card payment only cash and the option to have food charged to my room got lost in translation. Needless to say, I'm unimpressed. In regards to my leaking sink, I ventured down to reception to complain and was informed someone would be along to fix it. Having waited more than hour, I went again to reception asking for assistance. I said I was going out for the afternoon and I was informed that someone would take a look at the sink in my absence. Upon my return back to my room, there was still a pool of water on the bathroom floor and the sink continued to leak when I ran the tap. This time (having plugged in the phone) I called reception who, several hours after my initial 2 complaints, finally sent maintenence! Hot and bothered after a busy day, all I wanted to do was shower and rest. Instead I had to endure the comings and goings of the maintenance man and his banging and crashing in the bathroom. I also asked maintenence to look at the air-con, which he resolved. Once maintenence had finished I then contacted reception for a 4th time requesting someone to clean up the mess less by maintenance. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long for the cleaning crew's arrival.

Clean rooms and always organized, fast wifi, the food is so good, delights to enjoy, a great buffet with a lot of choices, the hotel staff is always happy to help you, and they are all nice.

Assez deçue. Nous avuon reservé une chambre avec lit double et nous avons eu 2 lits simples. Coupure d'eau pendant une journée. Etat de la chambre + salle de bain médiocre (poignée qui tombe, électricité qui marchait une fois sur 2 dans la chambre...). Petit déjeuner jai connu mieux. La partie sucrée reste très pauvre... Hotel situé en face d'un parking garage auto. Ça casse le charme des photos...

Ailece konaklama

Otelde bir geceliğine üç kişilik konaklama yaptık. Odamız temiz ve sorunsuzdu. Ancak rezervasyonda çift kişilik yatak istediğimizi belirttiğimiz halde odada iki tek kişilik yatak bulunuyordu. Ayrıca portatif ilave yatak oldukça konforsuzdu. Kahvaltı harika olmasa da iyiydi. Personel ilgili ve yardımseverdi. İşimiz olan yere en yakın otel burası olması dolayısıyla tercih ettik ve memnun ayrıldık diyebilirim.

Actualy it was a pretty nice place, and the food quality was also high. However we had 2 issues; 1. The internet connection was a bit unstable. The bandwith was sometimes cool, but mostly too slow. 2. The power system doesnt turned on when we placed the card into that activator, so every time when we steped into the room again we had to restart the system on the fuse-board.

Sorunlu bir otel.

Odanın kliması ve duşu bozuktu. Odanın değiştirilmesini rica ettim ama rezervasyon online olduğu için odayı değiştirmediler. Arızalar için de herhangi bir teknik ekip yollamadılar.

Otelin konumu ve kahvaltısı iyiydi. Ancak giriş yaparken saat 15.00'e kadar bekletildik, ve resepsiyon görevlisinin davranışı kabaydı. Odaya istediğimiz, parasını ödediğimiz ek yatak tam olarak hazırlanmamıştı. Üç gece kaldık, son gün oda temizliği yapılmadı.

Çalışanların guleryuzu otelin kusurlarıni örter derecede. Ne desek yardımcı oldular yüzlerindeki tebessümü eksiltmeden. Konum olarak da isimiz olan yerlere en yakin otel oldugu icin tercih ettik. Genel itibariyle de fena değildi. Tek sıkıntı çıkacağımız gün yatakların arasına bir şeylerimiz düşmüş mu diye bakalım dedik, bizden önceki müşterilerden epey hatıra bulduk(!). Temizliği biraz daha detaylı yaparlarsa pek güzel olur.
