I loved my stay here! Advise for international traveller -Take train from Sabiha airport to Pendik then change to Maramarry train from B1 one min walk from hotel - Google will not show this

This is a very convenient place to stay on arrival to or departure from the old airport or the YHT fast train that stops at nearby Pendik. The self catering facilities are very useful and the place was clean and comfortable.

Good location, not so good condition of hotel

The hotel is located next to the railway station which you can hear in the room. Our room was pretty old and its condition not well anymore. The breakfast was ok but also not great. The location of the hotel is good since it is close to the airport SAW and close to the sea and park.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, there are crucial things to improve. The inside of the coffee maker was rusty. I wasn't able to make coffee in the morning. I had to go out and buy some.

The room size is great and the shower and water pressure were very good. Very close to the train. The room wasn't overly clean and many things for the kitchen were missing, including detergent so we could not wash and reuse dishes. The bed only had one single doona inside a queen quilr cover which wasnt sufficient for 2 people. The hotel needs quite a lot of repairs

When I entered the room, both the bathroom and the toilet bowl were dirty. I asked the front desk to clean it. They told me I could take a 30-minute walk outside, and they would clean it up. After 30 minutes, they said they would need another 30 minutes. Finally, after spending an hour outside the hotel, I returned to the room and found that they had only cleaned the toilet bowl. I was too tired to go for another supposed 30-minute walk, so I decided never to stay there again. I'm not sure how they earned their 4-star rating.

Overall this stay was ok. But I forgot my electric oralB toothbrush here and called the next day to tell them that I will come back for it. They told me that the cleaning lady threw it in trash. I can’t believe this is how they trained their staff. If your forget your bag, phone or power bank your May as well say good bye to it coz they don’t take care of someone else’s property, they just trash it as it is theirs. Very dissatisfied!
