Very helpful and always there for u room was bigger then we expected which was amazing and at a very nice place were we had no problem every shops were around us will definitely stay there again next time

The property doesn't even have an elevator Dirty filthy smells doesn't even look like the pic.. actually we wanted to leave the first night but they strongly refused to give us a refund for the rest of the reservation.. please do your self a favor and stay away

Nice hotel

A nice boutique hotel in an excellent location. It bothered us a lot that there was no elevator in the hotel and we had to climb 3 floors on foot every day on narrow stairs (we are old people). The breakfast is not located at the hotel but a few hundred meters from it. The shower is not closed and it is in the center of the room covered with a curtain - less pleasant.

Yucky Hotel

We just hate this hotel. Regretting that we booked it and had to stay there few nights! If you are coming to Istanbul and staying in this hotel, then just cancel your trip, save more money and come back later and go to a good hotel. Don’t go on the pictures as I did. The ceilings are of styrofoam. There is this weird smell in all the rooms. They transferred us in a bigger room which we originally paid for after 1 night, and that was equally terrible.

oda gayet temizdi . ilk girişte bi sigara kokusu aldık fakat çok kısa süreliydi. belkide kapıyı açınca girmiştir içeri vsvs. jakuziyi kullanmak istedik fakat biraz pisti. emin olamadık. birdaha gelsem kesinlikle tekrar kalırım fakat jakuzi temizliğine özen gösterilmeli . ses problemi yaşamadık.

Det var ganska bra upplevelse på denna hotell. Servisen var utmärkt då folk i receptionen var jätte hjälpsamma. Man kom tillbaka till en bäddad säng och fin ordnad rum. Hotellet låg på den bästa platsen i taksim, man kunde inte höra någon buller från taksim torget, men man kunde höra lite när människorna i trappan pratade men det var lugnt.

Taksim Yazici Residence is very close to the Taksim Square. The manager or the owner who introduced himself as Mert was very kind and helpful to accommodate our 6-person party. The rooms are nice and clean, the area is very safe, there are a few restaurants around. I highly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage direkt an der beliebten Einkaufsstraße am Taksim Square. Außerdem lief von Check in bis Checkout alles reibungslos ab. Wir wurden herzlich von Arthur empfangen und auf unser wunderschönes,modernes Zimmer gebracht. Es hatte eine super Größe und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde außerdem Täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Großes Lob! Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, Arthur war immer hilfsbereit und hat uns stets geholfen egal um was es ging (sei es ein Ladekabel oder Geld wechseln). Wir haben die Taksim Residance als zweites Zuhause gewonnen und werden immer gerne wieder kommen.

Perfect accommodation for a short stay

Hotel is located in Beyoglu, the heart of Istanbul, very close to the Istiklal street. Therefore it's a perfect spot for people with a short stay or stopover in Istanbul who want to experience the vibrant city. My room was very spacious and clean. It even had a terace/balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Very helpful and kind hotel manager and staff. Perfect service from the moment of the booking until you leave. During the day there were construction works next to the hotel which would be the only negative point I can report. Nevertheless, I can recommend everyone to stay in the place.

Outstanding service.

Outstanding service and a brilliant, central location contributed to making this a great place to stay.Our room was incredibly spacious with all the facilities you could wish for. Istanbul is certainly a ‘city which never sleeps’ on Friday and Saturday nights.

Was a ok stay!

Pros- excellent location, very good water shower pressure, big spacious room. Cons- poor lighting in room on one side, rooms looked worn out, no hangers, no dustbin in room, hair dryer not working properly, sewerage smell in bathroom.
