Very clean area on the European side on Istanbul, please use Uber cheaper to get into main part as taxi drivers try to tip you off. Hotel so clean, lovely just a bit far from area but very nice and clean

First experience of Istanbul and we wanted to be in the city but also out of the husstle bustle, as we had young children. The hotel was fantastic, with great facilities and super helpful staff. We we there during the earthquake which was an experience initself. The panic was real, and during the evacuation the hotel staff went all out in making us as comfortable as possible regardless of their own situation - truly selfless care for their customers. Rim and Resul in particular were superb, and Gurkan, Buse and Sezer were also great. Even the kitchen staff were constantly watching out for us and out girls. Can't thank them enough.
