Clean yes. Is it a $100 a night hotel ? Absolutely NOT. We didn’t open the curtains for all 6 days, the view is depressing, moldy and black walls. We asked if we can have another room , right away he said no. My elderly husband asked if we can have a small chair in the room, he said unfortunately no. Checked into Ramada after what a difference, same rate. Nusret hotel should only be $25 a night.

Very clean rooms, cold air conditioning. Staff is very friendly. Very close to metro, hagia sophia, Topkapi palace and grand bazaar. Breakfast was good, typical of what you find in all hotels in this area. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Television has very limited channels, mostly just news channels.

I was a little concerned about the elevator. One day someone was working on it. A couple of times I would use it and it didn't always seem as if it was functioning properly. There were a few nights when the hotel was very cold. I was told about a customer who insisted that the hotel set the temperature very low. I thought it was not a good idea to make everyone suffer because of 1 customer.
