We have a good experience. The place was nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I would highly recommend others. The breakfast buffet was really good. Only thing that they don't swimming pool, if they have then it would be world class hotel.Apart from that, commute was really good.

Wonderful experience! I don’t normally stay in hostels but this place was perfect – the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are quiet despite the fact that it’s in a busy street, and the staff, especially Murat Bay, who, was exceptional. Murat went out of his way to accommodate all needed. Generally, all staff were accommodating, whether it was directions, recommendations, or help with transportation. I had a great time and for sure when I go back to Istanbul I will stay with them.

Don’t stay if you are with a family. I don’t know how come it has got more than 8 plus ratings on Expedia. The room I got lights were dimm and bathroom started smelling from the next day. Since we were out all day and need to crush the nights only. Plus it has bed bugs as well. I’d never go there again.

The room has plumbing issues and horoble smell comming from the bathroom. I complained and was told there is nothing that they can do. the second time I complained and was going to leave the hotel I discovered that this is a known issue and they them moved me to a different room. the cleaning Lady is the best thing about this hotel (love her). The internet is horoble and very slow(if you managed to connect in the first place). badly run, Don't book

AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel. Horrifying experience. The worst hotel I ever stayed. Not worthy of the price at all. The room that I booked on the picture is junior suite that suppose to have two separate rooms with one king size bed and one single bed. But they gave me a single room with double bed and sofa bed. When I asked them that is not the room I booked, initially they insisted that is the room. But the next day they said the double room is under refurbishment. Which is a lie. In fact it was rented. The first room they provided us was on the sixth floor which the lift doesn’t reach there. As it only works until the 5th floor. So we had to carry baby which wasn’t safe at all. The toilet smells horrible, it sickens us all family. Imagine 18 months baby was with us. The shower handle is broken. After two nights they changed us a room which still has smelly toilet. Poor conditions of the beds. House keepers barely touched the room. The breakfast isn’t good enough. This hotel shouldn’t be a three star hotel. It’s not qualified to get this rank. Customer service zero.
