Really friendly staff. Let us check in early which we so appreciated as we had arrived from Australia and were so tired! Very large room, plenty of space for everyone. The bathroom was large only downside was shower was a bit mouldy. Otherwise the apartment was super clean.

It was great stay in this hotel first time, staff very helpful and supportive. Nice clean apartment and breakfast good. Close to all historical attraction such as Blue mosque, Grand Bazar, Hagia Sofia. Overall I would suggest to stay in this hotel.

Location is very convenient and it's a 2 mins walk to blue mosque. Has shops around the hotel. AC was not working although I tried. It was not a big deal. But it was late april. Good spread for breakfast and daily housekeeping is good. Good value for money.

Great Anniversary Stay

We stayed in room 412, will definitely request- same view as the terrace above. I usually sleep with earplugs, didn’t need. But I will say at breakfast time, a lot of moving above, but I didn’t care. This was my husbands and my 5th time in Istanbul and for sure we will come back to this hotel. They were very helpful, the restaurant staff polite and the cleaning staff was amazing.

location!!

the location is very good. the room has a proper window and you can see the blue mosque through it. (the other hotel around the same area had no window in its room.)However, the window is a bit thin and wide so noise from cars sometimes bothered me. there is no kettle!! but 2 cups. the facility is old and the shower booth has a very old drain, which barely works. also the sink is very small. breakfast is okay. almost all hotels in old town have similar conditions and i just chose this one only for the lacation.

Family room with 4 people and with at least 2 devices each person would require more than 2 power points in the room. None available near the beds, only 2 by the vanity table. No facial tissue box supplied in the room, no kettle&tea/coffee facility offered and WiFi kept dropping out and one needed to use their passport # each time this occurred! A real nuisance. I’d say the hotel was too basic for us but we made do. More dated than we’d anticipated or from photos. The lobby and floor hallways could do with an update or lick of paint. Breakfast was also very basic, but at least scrambled eggs were good. No toasting facility available to toast bread. Maybe this isn’t a norm, but you are little hotel offering a continental type breakfast. Other than that, beds were comfortable, room n bathrooms were clean. Cleaners were friendly.

checking in was fast and easy with staff Bakr and helpful for anything with Benjamin, breakfast spread was good and lovely on top with views of sultanahmet The Blue Mosque & the other side sea views.Location was good too.

Room didnt have a working shower. In the shower cubical there was actually a bath/ shower tap which wouldnt switch to shower. It was mentioned and nothing done. Hotel common areas are very grubby. Resembles a poor hostel not hotel

A little gem of a hotel. Right in the heart of Sultanamet with all the historical attractions. Room was basic but very clean with maid service each day of our 3 night stay. Our room had fantastic views over the water. Room 412 - a twin. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast served on the roof terrace which again had the same fantastic views. Lovely to sit and enjoy a drink after a full day sightseeing.

Big apartment for up to 8 pax but only 1 toilet and 1 room key, inconvenient for big groups of people. Water leak from shower area easily as the glass door is slanted and faulty. Breakfast spread was not too bad.
