Excellent staff, really friendly and great English. Super close to all metro lines. Great location for exploring the old city, real reasonable rates. Walk right out the door and into a shopping district with lots of options for eating.

Staff was excellent, breakfast was so traditional, the room was not cleaning every day , the area was so nice especially the shops and other transportation was so close . I recommend it not five star but fair . Any how I wanna thank the staff, they ware so nice .

A very good hotel with a central location and excellent airport access. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the extremely helpful lady at the reception: not only did she show me a 24-hour pharmacy at night, but she also organized the necessary medication and a taxi to the airport. Her dedication and friendliness made my stay very pleasant.

Hotel was in some back alley. Very dark. Lobby was a group of men just smoking. Hotel smelt like cigarettes and cat urine We had to leave the second night as I am asthmatic and started coughing Headboards in room was filthy, door didn’t lock properly Our hair and clothes smelt like smoke and the room was dirty. Used bottles of water in the fridge

Rooms as small as it looked on website. Staff was friendly. Good location if you intend to commute by metro. Otherwise location itself is good too. Wont book it again but not bad if your budget is tight.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was small and dirty, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. When I told the receptionist that the bedsheet was very dirty, he just said, “Here is Istanbul,” instead of trying to help or fix the problem. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed with the service. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was like in the photo. Clean room, 1 disp slippers, clean bed sheets and towels, shampoo and liquid soap. But ventilation in the wc was clogged, the water in the shower didn't wash away, but filed the wc from gap between floor and glass wall.

Un petit déjeuner plus varié mais surtout avec un vrai café serait le bienvenu. Le ravitaillement est constant . Jeune homme a l'écoute Le point négatif la consommation excessive de cigarettes au niveau de l'accueil. Sinon bon séjour dans l'ensemble. On s' est fait un grand plaisir a visiter beaucoup d'endroits a pieds ( nous aimerions la marche)

Einkauf Möglichkeit ist sehr gut alles in der Nähe Was mir nicht Gut gefallen wenn man Zimmer Karte oder Schlüssel verloren hat muss man Gebühren bezahlen und nach dem rausschicken komplette Zimmer wird überprüft ob alles in Ordnung ist so lange das alles nicht in Ordnung ist lassen dich nicht rausgehen und das finde ich nicht schön .
