「The resort has a lot to ensure its top drawer, but it lacks a soul, very little personal touches, I heard the word no from staff multiple times to simple requests. The junior suite was a good size and the choice of restaurant was plentiful but you were never made to feel like a guest, just someone sharing the space.」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Mella Marbella and would definitely recommend it. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. 「Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was very helpful. The saddest part about the whole stay is the hotel advertises multiple restaurants, and the whole lower portion of the hotel is completely closed, and in the middle of a lawsuit that made a very, very sad time to be there」
