「Sign board of Annex building is not clear. Luckily the male staff came out from main building, guiding me (car) to Annex building. 「House clearing is not well and the toilet is with some yellow dirt. However, the staff handles this well and manages another room as replacement. Plus, we have another problem at another renting. The faucet in the bathroom gets stuck so it is not a good experience.」

「Good location. Clean. But, a bit old.」

「The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. 」
