「Pros: Beautiful clean room. Lovely soft bedding and nice touches such as fresh cookies on arrival, ice and fresh coffee. Cons: The lift was out of service when we were there which was a pain when wanting to take a drink to the roof terrace and general coming and going. Some of the information in the guide book they provide is out of date. The sink and bath taps were loose. Would have preferred a hot breakfast included in the premium price we paid. You can park in the Britannia car park...

「No where near the rate of a 3 star hotel. Firstly, the staff that brought us to the room didnt notice or notify the management of the faulty bulb at the corridor leading to our room. At the end, we have to notify them as the corridor/alley is too dark and not safe to walk as there were steps too. The room was not well lighted. Bathroom light was faulty, only depend on the mirror light. Only 2 small tubes of 30ml shower gel provided for a triple room and not been replaced with new the next day....
